Canadian crime series, chief investigator of the regional office, 37-year-old Constance Forest (Isabelle Blais) is sent to a crime scene with two bodies at dawn, in a muddy field next to a dairy farm. The double killing is only the beginning of this murderous saga. Constance is divorced from Sylvain Lauzon (Patrick Hivon) former detective turned dirty cop – who continues to give her plenty to worry about – made all the worse by the fact that they have three children together. She has a relationship with Frédérik (Émile Proulx-Cloutier) the Montreal Police inspector that is sent to help with the investigation, to the annoyance of her colleagues.

This police series takes us into the murky land of the suburbs where one dirty trick always deserves another. It depicts the lives of small-time criminals and we gradually enter the inevitable game of cat and mouse between cops and criminals. A game that no one ever emerges from unscathed.
