A violent serial sex murderer is on the loose tormenting the city, several young women are killed by asphyxiation after strangulation with a scarf. In charge of the police investigation is Isabel Garcia played by Anabela Moreira (Fatima). She is chief inspector of the Criminal Police a chain-smoking workaholic facing the biggest challenge of her career with this horrific case. The police are trying to build the case against top suspect Francisco but the press with Isabel’s ex-husband and National Newspaper’s editor Jaime at the helm is not making the police work any easier.
